How do I adjust the cutting height?
Technical Advisory: Height adjustment is fully electronic via the App (typically 20-60mm). For the first mow of the season, we recommend a higher setting, gradually lowering it in subsequent cycles to prevent blade damage from hidden debris.
Is the mower protected against theft?
Technical Advisory: Yes. The device features multiple security layers. If lifted or moved outside its Geo-fence, the App will immediately alert you and lock the machine. The mower cannot be operated without authorization from your primary account.
Is it safe for pets and children?
Technical Advisory: Absolutely. Goalker uses AI Vision + Ultrasonic Dual-Obstacle Avoidance. It can detect pets or hedgehogs from 1.5m away and actively reroute. It also features "Lift-to-Stop" and "Tilt-to-Stop" sensors for immediate blade shutdown.
How do I clean grass buildup from the undercarriage?
Technical Advisory: Power off the device and wear protective gloves. You can use a low-pressure hose or a soft brush. Never use a high-pressure washer directly on the chassis, as it may damage sensitive electronic seals.
What should I check before a Firmware Update (OTA)?
Technical Advisory: Ensure the battery is above $50\%$ and the mower is docked. Do not power off the device during the update. Latest firmware updates often include critical optimizations for obstacle avoidance and positioning stability.
